2020 State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC)
The Texas State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) was created through legislation in 1993. The purpose is to raise funds for charitable organizations throughout the state, the nation and the world. Texas state employees have contributed $176 million to the campaign since its start. The campaign is held from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 each year.
