TEES is a state agency that is part of the Texas A&M University System. The Texas A&M System is one of the United States' largest higher education systems. It is made up of eight state agencies, 11 universities, a comprehensive health science center and Texas A&M-RELLIS.  

We work closely with the Texas A&M University College of Engineering. The College of Engineering is the second-largest engineering academic program by research expenditures in the nation. It is consistently placed among the nation's top public undergraduate and graduate engineering programs in U.S. News & World Report rankings. 

Our synergy with the College of Engineering combines basic and applied research to provide practical solutions to problems. We have access to world-class personnel and facilities across the A&M System. Partnering with TEES means joining forces with the brightest minds in research and access to the best research and testing facilities.
