Export Controls and Embargo Training (TrainTraq #2111212)
This course is required to be completed every two years by all TEES Administration, graduate research students (GARs), all faculty who are hosting H1Bs as well as all individuals being paid on projects that are export controlled.
Responsible Conduct of Research (TrainTraq # 2111131)
This training is required to be completed every three years and fulfills the requirements set in NSF’s implementation of section 7009 of the America COMPETES Act. Due to frequent changes in funding between projects, and in order to ensure compliance with this requirement, training is required for undergraduates, graduate students and trainees who are supported by TEES research funds, regardless of the sponsor or funding source.
Financial Conflict of Interest in Research Training (TrainTraq # 2111716)
This training is required to be completed every four years to address the training requirements specified in System Regulation 15.01.03, Financial Conflict of Interest in Research. Each investigator must complete this training prior to engaging in research or research activity on behalf of TEES. Maestro Instructions for FCOI may also be referenced.
Retention of State Records (TrainTraq #11015)
This training covers legal and The Texas A&M System requirements for records retention, including state law and System Regulation 61.99.01, Retention of State Records. The course is required be completed by records officers and division employees whose duties include records retention.
