Texas A&M Engineering is committed to maintaining transparency and compliance with Texas A&M University System Policy 07.05: Nepotism.

System Policy 07.05 Nepotism

To uphold this standard, employees must complete a disclosure form, shown at the end of this page, even if they do not have a relative employed within the Texas A&M University System.

Who Needs to Complete This Form?

All individuals currently employed by Texas A&M Engineering must complete this form. Employees may submit the form at any time as needed based on their individual circumstances. Annual disclosures will be requested each year during the month of February.

How to Complete the Form

  • If you have one or more relatives employed within the Texas A&M University System,
provide their information in the designated section.
  • If you do not have any relatives to disclose, select the appropriate option and complete
    the acknowledgment section.

Why is this Important?

Disclosing family relationships within the Texas A&M University System helps ensure compliance with nepotism regulations and supports ethical employment practices. Failure to disclose required information may result in administrative action.
