It is the cardholder’s responsibility to always protect the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) One Card. The One Card should be kept in a secure but accessible place. If you, the cardholder, allow another employee/student to use the One Card for non-travel purchases, then you must complete a Non-Travel One Card Check Out Log (PDF file).
The TEES Ethics and Compliance Office conducts periodic audits of checkout logs from departments to ensure that these procedures are being followed.
