The Texas A&M University System-wide Pay Plan provides standardized job titles, pay grades, job classifications, and position descriptions across the Texas A&M University System.
Below are lists identifying the new title codes, associated title descriptions and pay grades as applicable:
Pay Plan Titles with Position Descriptions
The Salary Pay Grade Chart represents the delegation of authority for pay rates applicable to newly hired employees and will be divided into two bands. The first band will require Engineering HR review/approval before an offer may be extended. The second band will require additional approval by Engineering Administration or designee.
All staff salaries will need to be requested through the Salary Approval Form and will route to Engineering Human Resources & Payroll for processing.
