Q: When do classes begin? When do they end?
A: Class dates differ for each course. All classes will run in Summer 2026. Exact dates, course hours and room numbers will be announced once courses have been scheduled by our partner institutions.
Q: How much time will the classes take?
A: Class instruction times vary between courses, but average 60-100 hours spread over 4-6 weeks of instruction.
Q: Can I have a job?
A: If students can devote the time needed to complete coursework, exams, and/or projects for their chosen course(s), having a job is up to the student.

Q: What awards and certifications will students receive, and how may they be applied?
A: Upon successful completion of all courses, you will be awarded the Texas A&M Engineering Certificate of Completion for the Bachelor 's+ program. Students are encouraged to add the certification to their resume.
- CompTIA Security+ and Project+ Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ and Project+ vouchers will allow you to take the certification exam free of charge. After successfully passing the exam, you will receive CompTIA Security+ Exam and CompTIA Project+ Credentials.
