Benefit Open Enrollment

Open enrollment runs from July 10 to July 31 each year. During this period, employees and retirees may review and make changes to their benefits, add/remove dependents, re-enroll in flexible spending accounts, increase/decrease coverage levels, etc. The insurance plan year runs from Sept. 1 through Aug. 31.

  • Changes made during open enrollment will be effective Sept. 1
  • Enrollment and changes are made through Workday, accessed via Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Employees must re-enroll in flexible spending accounts each year
  • Review beneficiaries and make updates as needed
  • Confirm tobacco use status for you and your family members
