The Texas Engineering Experiment Station has received notification from the Texas comptroller of public accounts that United Parcel Service (UPS) will no longer have a state contract for overnight, second day, and ground delivery services. The Texas comptroller of public accounts recently underwent contract renewal negotiations with incumbent contractors and the contract with UPS was not renewed.
