Two space shuttle experiments indicative of close ties between NASA, Texas A&M

Texas A&M University has had a close and productive relationship with the U.S. space program and NASA for more than 40 years. Two experiments involving Texas A&M were being conducted on the shuttle Columbia in recent days.
