About Our Services
Maintenance
One of Engineering Facilities Planning Management's priorities is to make sure that our facilities are well-maintained and consistently functioning properly.
For any maintenance needs, please contact the Engineering Facilities Planning Management facilities coordinator that is assigned to your building. The facilities coordinator is the point of contact for AggieWorks, SSC, Texas A&M's Utilities & Energy Services and any other building contractors performing repairs or preventative maintenance.
Projects
Every project is different and has its own complexities. Engineering Facilities Planning Management has professional project managers to navigate the complexities for a complete and efficient project workflow.
For questions about projects, contact the Engineering Facilities Planning Management facilities coordinator that is assigned to your building. This point of contact works directly for Engineering Facilities Planning Management, the office that manages engineering facility projects. Projects are requests that require infrastructure changes that relate to the structure or utilities of a facility.
Access and Security
Ensuring that Texas A&M personnel and assets are protected is a responsibility for all employees and students. In compliance with Texas A&M policies, Engineering Facilities Planning Management helps manage the access systems to make sure the correct people have the right access.
Building access is managed by Engineering Facilities Planning Management.
