Shyamala Rajagopalan

Bio

• Dr. Shyamala Rajagopalan is closely involved in invention disclosure assessment, intellectual property protection and technology translation activities. These translation efforts include marketing as well as negotiating licenses with various industry partners and aiding in the formation of start-up companies. Prior to joining Texas A&M, Rajagopalan worked at NanoScale Corporation, a startup company born out of inventions from Kansas State University chemistry department. That company developed and manufactured novel nanomaterials for a variety of applications. She is a member of the American Chemical Society, and a member and volunteer at the Association of University Technology Managers.
