A&M System awarded $5 million for bioenergy research from Texas Emerging Technology Fund

Gov. Rick Perry announced today that The Texas A&M University System has received a $5 million grant from the state’s Emerging Technology Fund for the Texas A&M Agriculture and Engineering Bioenergy Alliance.

Juzaitis to head nuclear engineering division

Dr. Raymond J. Juzaitis has been named head of the Nuclear Engineering Division of the Texas Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) effective Aug. 15.

Dr. Jaime Grunlan, a researcher in the TEES Polymer Technology Center, has received a 3M Nontenured Faculty Grant for his nanomaterials research project, "Transparent, Electrically Conductive Nanocomposite Thin Films."
