(Unfunded agreements such as memorandums of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, federal cooperative research and development agreements)Collaborative and exchange agreements often drive the development of relationships and research by providing the parameters for the exchange of information, materials, and teaming. The contracts team reviews and finalizes these agreements in cooperation with other internal offices to mitigate risk while facilitating the broad range of activities of the TEES research enterprise.
