How early do I need to start planning?

This depends on the size and nature of the event, but we always advise you to start planning as early as possible. Larger events require more lead time to ensure venue availability for your desired date(s). The more time you give us, the more we can ensure a successful event as you envision it. For larger conferences (200+ people), beginning 18-24 months out from your anticipated event dates is best. For medium-sized meetings (100-200), 12 months is ideal, and for smaller meetings (50-100), six months out is sufficient. The biggest obstacle is securing a venue and hotel.

How do you charge for services?

Our fee for TEES and the College of Engineering is 10 percent of gross revenue or a $1,000 flat rate, whichever is higher. For entities outside of TEES and the College of Engineering, the fee structure is different. Contact us, and we will be happy to discuss your event.

What kind of events do you plan?

We plan conferences, workshops, symposiums, summits and meetings from a half day to multiple days. We offer a tailor-made service to fit your needs. Every event is unique, and we can fulfill your vision from start to finish.
