About Us

The Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) is committed to upholding the highest standard of ethical conduct and compliance. The Ethics and Compliance Office was established to provide guidance and promote a culture of compliance with applicable federal and state laws, as well as Texas A&M University System policies, regulations, rules and procedures.

Export control laws and regulations include, without limitation, those implemented by the Department of Commerce through its Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the Department of State through its International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), as well as those imposed by the Treasury Department through its Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Rules and SAPs are used to communicate the responsibilities, procedures, and practices that guide the operations of TEES divisions.
