Offering a variety of options at no cost to our employees, getting fit with E-Well is convenient, fun and provides results.

Yoga Challenge - July and August 

Participate in at least six E-Well yoga classes during the months of July and August and win a cool E-well t-shirt.

Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Room 3027 Emerging Technologies Building

Thursday 12:15 - 1:00 p.m. Room 127 Eastmark Centre

No registration required. Participants are responsible for their own yoga mat.

Piranha Fitness Studio

E-Well and WELLNESS WORKS! have partnered with Piranha Fitness Studios to offer select FREE, private and/or blended fitness classes. To gain access to the Piranha Fitness Studio reservation system, create an account at http://bit.do/piranha AND send an email to info@piranhafitnessstudio.com stating you are requesting an account through TAMU Wellenss Works. (please allow 24-48 hours for account approval). Once eligibility to participate has been confirmed participants will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to reserve a spot in the private fitness sessions.  Class will be designated as a TAMUWW class on the Piranha schedule.
