It is the goal of Engineering Human Resources to be a readily available resource from beginning to end of the hiring process and we welcome the opportunity to work with you. Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) and the College of Engineering have a commitment to diversity, and employment decisions should be made with this commitment in mind. Hiring supervisors and division HR staff assisting with the hiring are provided several resources to aid in the hiring process.
Position vacancies are posted online through Workday. Individuals not currently employed by a member of the Texas A&M System will apply through the external site: https://tamus.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/TEES_External
Current employees of the Texas A&M System may access the ‘Career’ worklet found on the Workday homepage.
In addition to the online site, vacancies are posted with the Texas Workforce Commission. To increase a qualified, diverse applicant pool the division and hiring supervisor may wish to broaden the postings further through placement on other job websites, newspaper and professional journals. Please coordinate with Engineering Human Resources to assure the posting includes required language and links the applicant to the A&M Engineering jobs website to apply.
Effective Hiring Practices (TrainTraq Course #2111264) will be assigned to the actual supervisor when a posting request is submitted, if he/she has not previously completed this training. Engineering HR will assign the training and will notify the actual supervisor with instructions and information about the training.
