Interview and Selection Documentation

Establishing a set of standard interview questions, based on the position description details, and defining a method to rate applicants is an important role of the hiring supervisor. In addition the reference checks should be conducted by asking consistent questions of each referee with responses documented as part of the selection process.

The hiring matrix is used to track the ratings of all applicants and is required for each posting. Please note the hiring preferences such as veteran and former foster child are to be indicated on the matrix based on information provided on the candidate's application.
