Interview and Selection Documentation

Establishing a set of standard interview questions, based on the position description details, and defining a method to rate applicants is an important role of the hiring supervisor. In addition the reference checks should be conducted by asking consistent questions of each referee with responses documented as part of the selection process.

Applicants with Veteran and Former Foster child statuses should receive hiring preferences based on the information provided on the candidate’s application.

Upon interviewing candidates and conducting reference checks for Job Requisitions in Workday, proceed with uploading the required documentation via this form/link.

 Hiring documentation is necessary and must be provided to support the hiring decision.

  • Interview notes for all candidates interviewed (including questions and responses; and any details about the interview process).
  • Reference checks conducted on the final candidate.

This form includes a numerical rating system used to rank the applicants.  List All applicants along with their ranking; and fill in all required information on the form.

Engineering Human Resources will maintain documentation.
