Functional Group - a group of staff members with similar job responsibilities who come together to share best practices, establish consistency in process and develop lines of communication across Texas A&M Engineering. Initially eight FG have been identified:
Engagement Leader - an individual who has the qualities to influence other staff members in a positive and productive manner to embrace the engagement experience and bring cohesiveness to the Functional Group.
