Annual Compensation Process

The annual process is the opportunity to address compensation issues within the divisions for staff positions. Please note the timeline for salary actions of an employee will generally be effective at the beginning of each fiscal year unless extraordinary circumstances require otherwise.

Submission Process

One-Time Merit - Click HERE to access form and submit in Laserfiche

  • Department/Division Head will need to complete the form. Once submitted, it will route to HR for processing

Equity - Click HERE to access form and submit in Laserfiche

Reclassification - Submit requests through Single Sign On / TAME Job
