Three students from the College of Engineering have been named Distinguished Graduate Students for 2018. They were among a group of 16 graduate students from Texas A&M University who are pursuing their master’s or doctoral degrees.

The students were recognized for their exemplary accomplishment during a ceremony on April 23 at The Association of Former Students Clayton W. Williams Jr. Alumni Center on the Texas A&M campus.

The 2018 recipients from the College of Engineering are:

Research- Doctoral

William Hamilton, Department of Computer Science

Charles Brandon Sweeney, Department of Materials Science and Engineering
Faculty advisor: Dr. Micah Green

Research- Master’s

Joshua Harris, Department of Aerospace Engineering
