In addition to corporate partners, the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) provides cost effective technical assistance for small companies of 500 employees or less based in Texas. Our goal is to find solutions to increase efficiency of their operations, develop new market strategies for their technologies, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and facilitate partnerships.
“For a century, TEES has helped grow the engineering and technology portfolio in Texas. This program will make it easier than ever for small business to access solutions with the Texas A&M System, and ultimately, encourage innovation and economic growth in Texas,” said Texas A&M System Chancellor John Sharp.
Specific areas in which we can assist are software/hardware development, product development, modeling, simulation, test, validation, process improvement, developing proposals for small business innovation research and small business technology transfer.
